To secure your stitch you always back stitch over your beginning stitches and your ending stitches to secure your work, by using the reverse button on your sewing machine.

Good reference book for new and experienced sewers.

Not as useful as I thought. I was looking on info on how to secure the stitch after sewing. But there was no much info on the subject.
