I enjoyed reading this book. I wasn't a huge fan of the ending but was a really quick read for me, kept me interested.

Read the reviews then started listening. Fell asleep by chapter 3, this does not usually happen to me.

As soon as I started reading the book, I had it figured out as a "6th Sense" type of narrative.
Even so, it was a fair to good read.
Not one of his best for sure.

I have to agree with the other comments. I just finished reading this book and it was not one of his better books that's for sure.

what a disappointment for a Patterson novel! The story makes little sense and is just pointless...

Gave up half way through because I finally realized it wasn't going to get any better.
A load of rubbish.

It appears James Patterson and his co-author have taken a page from Dean Koontz, and some of the script from the movie "The Sixth Sense ", but it seems to work in this page turner. The story line is compelling, kept my interest, and the wrap up at the end leaves you with some questions, overall I give this one a thumbs up.

Terrible waste of James Patterson's talents. Big waste of time.

I learned very quickly that this book was a waste of time “if this was a DVD I would have fast forwarded all the way”

I decided very quickly that this book was a waste of time.

agreed . strange ground hog day effect.

This book was definitely not one of his best!

The book was okay – but not one of my favorites.

I must agree. A poorly written waste of time. I don't comment often but this was a remarkably bad read.

Don't waste your time...The story is all over the place and little sense can be made of it.... James; what happened?........

MissyAPOP Apr 25, 2011

Patterson is a favorite of mine, but this book was not. I wouldn't recommend this at all.

This book was awful. I'm not sure why I bothered to finish it.

I always look forward to reading all of James Patterson's books, but this was a huge disappointment for me. It's definitely not in the same league as any of the Alex Cross or Women's Murder Club books. As the title states 'you've been warned'!

This was not up to James Patterson's standards, in my opinion. I was very disappointed. Like the title states, "you've been warned" :-)

This was not a book worth my time! A truly bad effort by an author who has certainly done better! I will not steer anyone to this book! I kept reading it only because I thought surely this will be clarified at the end...HA! YOU have been warned!!

In my opinion, this was a badly written, horrible read. Ughh. After only reading 6-7 chapters, I just starting skimming it to get to the end to find out what the whole concept/ending was. I don't know what James Patterson was thinking with this one. Partnering with a new writer and trying a new concept, this one fell horrendously flat. I suggest to you dear reader, do not waste your precious time on earth, reading this clunker. You indeed, have been warned! For detailed, in-depth reviews, check out the book on As of this writing, out of 68 reviews, 44 are 1 stars out of 5. Do I need to say more?
